  1. Who are eligible to join in the NFP/NCC Win $100,000 promotion?
    This is open to all NETS FlashPay / NETS CashCard holder. Excluded are employees of NETS Group, NETS agents, contractors, sub-contractors and their immediate family members

  2. What is the qualifying period?
    The qualifying period is from 16 March 2011 to 31 March 2012 (both dates inclusive)

    16 March to 30 June 2011
    1 July to 30 Sept 2011

  3. How can I participate in this promotion?
    There are 2 ways to participate:
    a) SMS: WIN<space>Full Name<space>NRIC Number<space>16-digit CAN No. to 79797
    b) Submission of registration form at road show (To be included in the mall /hub campaign press ad)

  4. Where can I find the 16-digit CAN No?
    The 16-digit CAN No. can be found at the back of your NETS FlashPay CEPAS card / NETS CashCard.



  5. Can I register more than 1 NETS FlashPay CEPAS card and/or NETS CashCard?
    Yes, cardholder can register more than 1 CAN number but please take note to follow the SMS format and one set of CAN No per SMS only.

  6. Can I register the same NETS FlashPay / NETS CashCard CAN No. twice?
    No, only one time registration is required within the qualifying period. One set of CAN No. per SMS

  7. Will I get an SMS confirmation from NETS?
    Yes, NETS will be sending a confirmation for valid, invalid and duplicate registration.

  8. How is the lucky draw chance computed?
    Allocation of chances will only start on the date of SMS registration. The number of chances shall be computed as follows:

    Description Number of Chances
    Every NETS FlashPay CEPAS card transaction on the MRT/LRT, Public Buses, ERP Gantries*, Carparks^ and Retail points islandwide 1 chance
    Every NETS CashCard transaction on the ERP, Carparks and Retail points 1 chance

    *Applicable only with the new generation In-vehicle Unit.
    ^Carparks that have been upgraded to accept CEPAS-compliant cards

  9. Is there any minimum spending requirement?
    No, allocation of chances will be based on number of transactions.

  10. What if the registered NETS FlashPay or NETS CashCard is damaged / spoiled?
    Cardholder must keep the card and must be presented along with the IC upon redemption of prize.

  11. Can the chances be transferred from one card to another?
    No, chances are non-transferrable.

  12. What are the prizes and lucky draw details?
    There will be 3 quarterly draws and 1 grand draw from 16 March 2011 to 31 March 2012.

  13. For the quarterly draw, will the chances earned from one qualifying period still qualify for the next quarter’s draw?
    No, the chances allocated under each qualifying period shall only be applicable for their respective quarterly draw.

  14. How will this be communicated to the public?
    This will be communicated through press advertisement (Today & Shin Min), NETS Website, Facebook, POS materials (Banners, Wobblers, Flyers, etc), EDM and SMS.

  15. Where will the lucky draw be conducted?
    Lucky draw will be conducted at NETS Office, 298 Tiong Bahru Road, #04-01/06 Central Plaza, Singapore 168730.

  16. How will I get the prize?
    Winner must bring his/her registered NETS FlashPay or NETS CashCard and NRIC to claim the prize.

  17. Where can I find the list of winner’s names?
    The result of the quarterly draw will be announced on NETS website and grand draw via press advertisement after the Draw.
